What data is processed

The site itself has no forms, cookies, or tracking tools, and so does not collect personal data from visitors. When you get in touch directly by email or phone, Forsite processes the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to respond to the enquiry and to prepare a possible client relationship. The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest and the preparation of an agreement.

Retention period

Data is retained for 12 months from the last contact, unless a client relationship is established. Within a client relationship, data is retained for as long as necessary to administer the agreement. Data subject to statutory obligations is retained for as long as applicable law requires.

Recipients of the data

Email is handled through Forsite's email service (Zoner). The site's technical hosting service is Netlify, which does not collect personal data from site visitors. Data is not sold or disclosed to others for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies or any tracking or analytics tools.

Data security

Personal data is handled only by Ville Posti. Data is kept in systems protected by passwords and access control, and is not shared with outside parties unless necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its erasure, and object to its processing. Requests can be sent to ville@forsite.fi. We respond to requests within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman.
